1. About this website
This website is run by the Umbrella Corporation player organization (“Umbrella”, “we”). The corporation it describes, with its divisions, products, and history, belongs to the setting of the game Umbrella’s members play. Nothing on this site is an offer of real‑world employment, medicine, or medical advice.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. Trademarks and fan content
Unofficial fan‑made derivative work. Umbrella Corporation, Resident Evil / BIOHAZARD and the umbrella emblem are trademarks of Capcom Co., Ltd. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Capcom.
The site uses those names and the emblem as a non‑commercial fan work: it sells nothing and shows no advertising. Nothing in these terms affects Capcom’s rights.
This is an unofficial Star Citizen fan site, not affiliated with the Cloud Imperium group of companies. All content on this site not authored by its host or users are property of their respective owners. Official Star Citizen website
This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Cloud Imperium or Roberts Space Industries group of companies. These terms give you no rights to them.
3. Using the site
Use the site and its forms honestly and only for their purpose. In particular:
- apply only for yourself, under the name you go by and with a Discord username that is yours;
- do not send automated or bulk submissions, or try to get around the limit on how many applications one connection can send;
- do not try to reach the admin panel without a staff role, or to disrupt or probe the site.
Submissions that break these rules may be rejected or deleted without reply.
4. Applications
Sending an application does not guarantee a place in Umbrella. Recruiters read every application and decide on each one; a recruiter contacts you on Discord about it. How we handle what you send, and how long we keep it, is set out in the privacy notice.
5. Links and availability
The site links to Discord, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We try to keep the site available and its information accurate, but it is provided as it is, without any guarantee, and it may change or be unavailable at times.
6. Changes and questions
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Questions about them go to the recruiting team on Discord.
